As a Swiss, trained, federally recognized psychotherapist and mentor, I offer a psychologically grounded and deeply attuned space where complexity is not reduced, but carefully understood.
For over a decade, I have led my own private practice. I began my clinical work in psychotherapy with children and adolescents, developing a nuanced understanding of developmental psychology, attachment dynamics, and systemic family processes. This foundation gave me a precise lens into how emotional patterns are formed and how they are transmitted across generations.
With time, my focus evolved. I recognized that lasting change within a family system begins with the emotional maturity and inner clarity of the adults shaping it. I shifted my work toward supporting women directly—not only in managing life’s demands, but in examining and transforming the deeper psychological structures that organize their relationships, self-concept, and decisions.
I work with women in the in-between spaces of life—the threshold moments where identity shifts and something essential asks to be redefined.

I live what I teach. My own experiences of motherhood and international relocation have refined my understanding of identity transition and psychological integration, grounding my work in lived depth as well as professional expertise.
